These exam problem notes were used to achieve a High Distinction in Torts B at Monash University. At the the time of taking the exam there was no policy question, therefore policy notes are not included.

The notes cover all course content and include an extended version and the reduced version of notes actually used in the exam to save time. They include clear and easily usable exam problem structures, which in many cases are set out so that you can simply insert the relevant facts from your problem question.
