These notes were used to achieve a High Distinction in Constitutional Law at Monash University, and include both policy and problem question notes. Be aware that at the time this exam was taken the unit did not include a separate policy question but rather included it within problem questions.

They include clear and easily usable problem structures including all relevant cases and legislation. The notes are easily navigated as include clear and comprehensive lists of contents and page numbers.

The author of these notes has never scored less than a High Distinction in any law unit and is a Monash Law Faculty prize-winning student and intern at a top-tier law firm in Melbourne.
