The University of Southern Queensland (USQ), situated in Toowoomba, Queensland, and founded in 1967, is a large public higher education institution with branch campuses in Hervey Bay, Springfield Lakes, and Brisbane. It provides a variety of degrees from pre-bachelor's to doctorates to a student body of around 10,000-15,000. Even though it has a selective admission policy based on students' past academic records, it has a 100% acceptance rate, making it a non-selective institution. International students are encouraged to apply. Besides education, USQ offers a range of student support facilities and services such as library, housing, sports facilities, financial aids, study abroad programs, and online courses.
