Flinders University (Flin), set up in 1966 in Adelaide, South Australia, is a large non-profit public higher education institution with branches in Alice Springs, Darwin, Riverland, Mount Gambier, and Port Lincoln. It offers a range of educational programs leading to pre-bachelor's, bachelor's, master's, and doctorate degrees and serves approximately 15,000-20,000 students. Despite using entrance examinations and students' past academic records for admissions, Flinders University has a high acceptance rate of 80-89% and is therefore considered a least selective institution. International students may apply. Flin offers various facilities and services, such as a library, housing, sports facilities, financial aids, study abroad programs, online courses, and administrative services.
