Charles Sturt University (CSU), founded in 1989 in Bathurst, New South Wales, is a large public higher education institution with branch campuses spanning across eleven additional locations. Offering a range of degree programs, from pre-bachelor's to doctorates, it caters to around 20,000-25,000 students.
