Avondale University is an Australian tertiary education provider affiliated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church. It has two campuses, with the primary one located in Cooranbong, New South Wales, and another at Sydney Adventist Hospital in Wahroonga. The university offers programs primarily in teaching, theology, and nursing, along with bachelor's degrees in business, science, and the arts, as well as certificate studies in outdoor recreation. Additionally, Avondale University offers master's degrees in various fields through distance education. They also have a research doctoral program and operate Avondale Academic Press. Avondale University received full university status from the Australian government on July 1, 2021. It is an international affiliate of the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities and is part of the South Pacific Division of Seventh-day Adventists. The university's library houses a research center of the Ellen G. White Estate.
