The notes are written in a way that makes the exam stress free. I first started writing my notes like this in second year and have used the same template for all my subjects since. Students that I have tutored have really loved the notes and found them very easy to use in the exam.

The notes are written out so that you can get into the exam and literally write out what is on the page, replacing certain words in square brackets with information from the question. This means that once you have identified the issue, you will not waste time trying to work out how to articulate the legal tests or related cases. You will just be able to get straight into writing.

The notes are thorough but each section is extremely tight. Principles of law are stated, along with a quick description and then usually a case authority. Each relevant case on the topic is summaried into a small box in the notes. The box has the facts, the legal issue and the decision. So if your question bears resemblance to another case you can just copy the relevant parts of the case note and apply the facts of your question.
